I had this vision of having a long black dress that I could wear with everything; plain, button ups, sweaters, shirts, scarves, etc. So, I made it :) The fabric is ridiculously stretchy, but I also figured that if the front is too low for something, I can wear it backwards, lol. Also, it may get hemmed a little more before it gets worn a lot. I like it long, but it may not be too practical. Which is really a shame because that fabric is a bitch to hem, lol.
Also, I need someone around to say 'Nikki, your hair looks terrible today, you shouldn't take pictures' or something, lol.
And the sewing room is in the process of being storage for another part of the house that is getting moved around, so I took the pictures in my room, which gets the least light at any part of the day than any other part of the house. It's like a living up in the trees. So....bad lighting too, lol. The shutter speed was LOOOONG = blurry pics
Some outfits I threw on while taking pics. I imagine with shoes I'll have a few more options to mix it up as well :)
