FINALLY. I feel as though I haven't had a successful project in WEEKS. This one turned out pretty much exactly like I wanted it to, which is refreshing. I was getting super depressed about all my failed/mediocre projects.
I bought the jersey weeks ago,, probably months. Probably the softest jersey that I own, it is wonderfully comfortable. Actually, the same weight and colour as a shirt that I bought at the Gap probably over 5 years ago. My tastes obviously haven't changed much.
Well, I'm very happy with the way it turned out. The top is loose and with a cowl neck. The bottom is pretty much just a tube, with a diagonal at the back making a chevron type thing with loose fabric. Hard to explain, but the easiest thing in the world. Super comfortable. Can't wait to wear it :)
One of my new year resolutions is to stay in shape. Less for being healthy than for fitting into my clothes, lol. Both good things though ;) I tried to work out this morning and I got through maybe 20 minutes of the cardio before I nearly died. I remember when I could get through the entire 1.5h video! Bah!
And wow. Typepad is really being awful. I super resized all the pictures and it still took 20+ minutes for each one to upload. I knew typepad was terrible, especially for pictures, but I've never had this problem before.
