Creative title, non? Finished this a while back and if I waited to take pictures of the dress I finished BEFORE this to post it, it would probably never get done :P
Right. No pattern, you usually have to just wing things when it comes to using border prints. So that is what I did! It was probably the easiest dress I've made without a patter. The fabric is this really soft, light weight cotton. Super soft :) Which is probably why it wasn't too bad having it gathered at the waistband, which I usually don't like. The pattern on the grey part is really neat too :) I like to call it 'the magic matching game', since it was almost impossible to get the back to match up AND not gape plus, not having a pattern when dealing with the length of the shoulders was the worst. Really not much to say about the dress. I had meant to make it shorter, but I gathered it and sewed it to the waistband before I remembered that :P It's a comfortable length for me though.
