No clever names for these :P Here they are!
Another one that I didn't have a pattern, didn't alter patters, and didn't frankstein patterns. The only mistake was the shape of the skirt on the front panels. I made the side seams straight instead of flared, but the back was flared completely, so the seams on the side did this weird thing where they curved forward. So I made a fake little dart on the side and made it look like a godet (triangle fabric insert). All good :) Live and learn!
Anyway, just a normal wrap dress. A thick, gray jersey material. I serged some of the edges. And the sleeves are a bit different. I didn't turn them under at the wrist, but I made a separate cuff type thing. More comfortable, a bit different if nothing else. I stole the idea from a gap shirt I was wearing while I made it :P I plan on accessorizing with some bright colours, but I was rushed out of the house that day.

Pleated skirt, from a burda magazine. I still can't convey my true hatred of having to copy those patterns. Only people that have tried can really understand what a pain it is.
Anyway, made out of some weird plaid material. The front is all pleated (I thought it showed better in the 3rd pic), sewn down about 3 inches so it is flat. The back has a few box pleats in it. That's about it!
I'm a little less than half way done on my doll costume. It is really difficult to sew so small. I'll post an 'in progress' thing soon!
