Well, I figured that I would post a little update of what I got for
Christmas, then start with what I made others for Christmas (mostly
since I forgot to take pictures of some of the things I made, lol). I
hope everyone had a great Christmas!
My Christmas was fantastic!
Other than the fiasco of losing my sister's cat (we found it, but only
after we searched the house and outside for a few hours....we called
her boyfriend to come over and help look for it, poor guy drove lie,
30-45 minutes to help search for the cat! He saved Christmas though!),
everyone was actually in a good mood! Doesn't always happen, as
everyone knows. We had fun, it lasted a while, nice gifts all around
(my sister and I made a lot of our presents, I think that makes it even
extra special), good food (if I do say so myself! I'll be sure a post
some recipes, some things turned out AMAZING), good times :)
And, now, I won't list everything, just a few things!
My
sister and I got some new PJs. With fuzzy robe/hoodies to go with
them. I don't have the pants on in this picture, but I just liked the
pic :)
The painting is called 'Rapunzel and fox', it is really beautiful, from my mom.
The frog is self explanatory.
And that last one is a beautiful ornament handmade by a online friend/pen pal, Lady Jane (thanks!!). It is so well made, I couldn't believe how wonderful it was! I showed it to my mom and she was very impressed as well.
My sister also got me a Home Tofu Kit which is going to be so fun to try!!
Also got a new hard drive, needed, since I broke my last one. This one has a 'drop gaurd' on it, lol.
Also got a toy helicopter, to entertain the cats, those aqua globes that water plants, a Dalai Lama daily calendar, some prayer flags, a few bollywood dvds (Chup Chupke, one that I didn't have as well!)
Among other things! (I didn't post everything, no one get offended!) I made out very well!! And this was a 'small' Christmas! because of moving, retirement, etc. Didn't seem that small!
Good times!
That's all for now, my dad is bugging me for the computer.
Continue having a great holiday! More posts coming up.
